Welcome to Pilbara Pest Company. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

Pilbara Pest Company ABN: 71650342162  is a provider of pest management services throughout Western Australia. Our services include commercial and domestic pest management, mine site pest management, pre-construction termite management, pre-purchase and standard timber pest inspections, and weed spraying. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Pilbara Pest Company unless otherwise specified.

2. Services Provided

We offer the following pest management services:

  • Commercial Pest Management: Pest control for businesses and commercial properties.
  • Domestic Pest Management: Pest control for residential homes and properties.
  • Mine Site Pest Management: Pest control services specifically tailored for mine sites.
  • Pre-Construction Termite Management: Termite protection services for new constructions.
  • Pre-Purchase and Standard Timber Pest Inspections: Comprehensive timber pest inspections for properties.
  • Weed Spraying: Control and elimination of weeds in outdoor areas.

We guarantee the quality of our services, and treatments are effective for the period specified during the service consultation. However, re-infestation may occur due to environmental factors, structural issues, or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services must be made within  days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payment via electronic payments and bank transfers
  • Late payments may incur a fee and could result in service suspension until the outstanding balance is settled.

4. Service Areas and Additional Fees

We provide services primarily within the Pilbara region and other parts of Western Australia. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of our standard service areas. Any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to service commencement.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice.
  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a fee
  • No-shows or failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a service fee.

6. Customer Obligations

To ensure the success of our pest management services, the customer must:

  • Provide safe access to the property, including all areas requiring treatment.
  • Follow any preparation instructions provided prior to treatment (e.g., clearing clutter, keeping pets away from the treatment area).
  • Adhere to aftercare recommendations to prevent re-infestation.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Pilbara Pest Company will take all reasonable precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for any damage caused by pests, existing structural issues, or failure to follow our recommendations.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Warranties and Guarantees

  • We guarantee the effectiveness of our treatments for a specified period, which will be communicated at the time of service.
  • Our warranties do not cover re-infestations caused by structural issues, failure to follow aftercare instructions or external environmental factors beyond our control.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and service descriptions, is the intellectual property of Pilbara Pest Company. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve the matter. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through arbitration or the courts of Western Australia.

12. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the provision of our services (such as contact details for service bookings) will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services. We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent except as required by law.
